We liked almost everything, including rooms and the comfort. We were happy to find Aoba 700 ft away, where we could eat. The hotel was set walking distance to Birthplace of Takibi. Suginami Ward district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.
Don’t have any issues at all.
